For the past twenty-nine years Ron has been involved in all aspects of real estate From his very first position in a small Oak Bay real estate office to his current position with ReMAX Camosun, Ron has been actively selling and developing residential and commercial real estate.

In addition to his sales experience, Ron has also managed several Real Estate companies. As a result, he has had the opportunity to market and sell real estate while managing and directing an office, providing him with a critical understanding of both sides of the real estate industry. These experiences have provided him with an extensive understanding and knowledge of the factors affecting Victoria’s real estate market.

Ron’s real estate success is directly related to his unique experience and genuine attitude resulting from his education, diligence, sincerity and inherent ability to listen and adapt to given situations. Ron’s working philosophy consists of meeting and exceeding client expectations to ensure that a client’s real estate experience is professional, positive and meaningful.

Ron earned a Bachelor of Recreation Education from the University of British Columbia before deciding to pursue real estate. He completed his Real Estate Agent licensing at UBC in 1979, which enabled him to sell real estate and two years later he earned his Agent license, which qualified him to manage and supervise real estate companies.

To date Ron has been the recipient of many awards including the 100% Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and in 1988 and 1989 he had the privilege to be the Director of the Victoria Real Estate Board.
