The market has slowed down substantially enough that Sellers have to do what is necessary to attract the attention of a buyer that is no longer in a hurry to make a buying decision. Sellers have to put in more effort to entice buyers. Curb appeal, interior and exterior condition and as always prudent pricing are necessary to affect a timely sale.
